GRANOLA

If you’ve visited us, you know this one’s not only a fan-favorite, but a true staple in our daily ranch life!

This crowd-pleaser is so simple, delicious, and Nutritious!

We often have guests that request no grains so we always keep this one in stock.

Bonus : no refined oils + no refined sugar.

Yield: 8 Cups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, hemp

  • 1 cup coconut chips - wide flakes

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

  2. Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. Add the maple syrup and used your (gloved) hands to mix it well so the maple coats it all.

  4. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and use a spatula to flip the granola. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes or so.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool on the baking sheet. It will continue to crisp.

  7. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Pour a handful over oats, yogurt, fruit, or ENJOY it as a solo snack!!! you really can’t go wrong!
