Michelle will guide you through the day of mindfulness practice. She has been leading Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Courses in the Valley for over 14 years. She offers introductory series, workshops, retreats, on-line classes as well as individual private instruction. Michelle is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through Berkely’s Greater Good Science Center taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She offers these day-long retreats seasonally.
