Meet Suzy

Suzy Aragon, RN, RYT 500, Certified Baptiste yoga teacher, is originally from Northern California and was introduced to the Baptiste methodology in 2011 when took her first class at Namaspa.  It rocked her world and introduced her to a new way of thinking and being.  Now her greatest joy, besides her new baby daughter Neve, is having the opportunity to share her bold insights through her teaching.
