Hip Hop Holiday Detox! Come flow at the ranch with visiting NYC yoga instructor Charlie Covey to sweat out the holidays and make room for the new year. This 75-minute flow will get your heart pumping and spirit happy. Zone out, listen to the beat, and let your breath guide you through this vinyasa flow class. 

Charlie lives and works in New York City as an actor and yoga teacher. He completed his yoga teacher training at Y7, a New York based studio for people "who put on gangster rap and handle it." He started this wild ride as a local here in Whitefish, Montana. He then spent time in Atlanta, Los Angeles and the British Virgin Islands before landing in NYC in 2010. When not pretending to be other people or spreading the namaste vibes, he can be found pursuing snacks, making friends with random dogs, or planning his next big adventure.
