The RISE UP Retreat with Marlo is a deep dive into the practice of embodiment through somatic-informed movement classes and breathwork sessions. This retreat provides an opportunity for you reconnect with nature while awakening your true spirit.
Enjoy daily RISE UP somatic-informed movement classes, breathwork, journaling, and access to all Ranch amenities, including kayaks and fishing poles. All activities are optional. We want you to have a great time and are happy to offer variety. However, it's completely up to you whether you participate or not. Create your own schedule to make the most of your experience.
Meet Your Host, MARLO BRAUSSE
For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about helping people make changes to their lives. As a young child I could often sense when people around me were struggling and had difficulty understanding what to do with that energy. v
Marlo’s Approach
My approach to sharing Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (ISTP) and SPIRITUS Breathwork is simple.
Together, we use movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to develop a felt sense in the body. It is incredible how these modalities open a gateway for healing when paired with music, spirituality, and ceremony.
By creating space from our busy minds, we can witness our truth and uncover the stories that limit growth, acceptance, and love.
Where You’ll Stay
Retreat participants will have the option of staying in not one, but two stunning buildings: the cozy Bunkhouse and the luxurious Cedar House. Both accommodations boast incredible amenities that will make their stay unforgettable. These cozy and comfortable lodgings will ensure that our guests will have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
The Bunkhouse
The Bunkhouse is a rustic lodging option with seven bedrooms that features an Old West design, combined with modern amenities such as plush mattresses and Pendleton blankets. The shared bathrooms are stocked with custom organic bath products, and guests can choose to take a shower or relax in a tub after a long day. The Bunkhouse has three private Queen bedrooms and four rooms with shared Twin beds.

The Cedar House
The Cedar House is a beautiful four-bedroom building with a private kitchen and living room for guests to enjoy. Guests can choose from four different room options, including a Master bedroom with twin beds and a private Ensuite, a Queen bedroom with a private bath, a Queen bedroom with a shared bath, and a room with two Twin beds that also share a bath. The luxurious bathrooms are stocked with custom organic bath products to make your stay even more relaxing.

Cost
The cost is variable based on selected accommodations. It covers the retreat, your room, RISE UP classes, breathwork sessions, 1x group off-site excursion, Dancing Spirit Ranch service fee and gratuities and three daily meals, including dinner on Thursday night's arrival and breakfast on Sunday morning's departure. Coffee, tea, fruit, and light snacks are also provided. (Guests may bring their own alcohol.) Transportation to and from the airport to Dancing Spirit Ranch is available if required.
Ground transportation from airports other than Kalispell Airport, travel insurance, flights, and costs for other activities such as massages are not included.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your spot.
50% of the balance is due by May 2, 2025, and the remaining balance is due by August 2, 2025.

A non-refundable $500 CAD deposit to secure your spot. Full payment is due 60 days before the start of the retreat (Aug 2, 2025). When you place your deposit, please include your top 2 room choices and, if it applies, your roommate's name.

REFUND POLICY
The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellations before 60 days of the retreat start date, 50% of the payment (minus the deposit) can be refunded.
No refunds will be made within 60 days of the start of the retreat.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance whenever you are travelling.
