for Yoga and Live Music in the Secret Garden!

Spend your Sunday morning at the ranch and join our very own, Cici Flows, for a magical vinyasa flow in our Secret Garden accompanied by the enchanting melodies of local musician, Lauren Crittenden.

Lush greenery and soothing songs are sure to create the perfect backdrop for your practice.

This outdoor class will flip your typical studio perspective upside down as you gaze at flowers, water, and the sky while moving through yoga poses to the sounds of cascading water and live music.

Before and after class, enjoy fresh teas and lite bites from our amazing kitchen.

All guests are welcome to enjoy the trails and grounds after class.

Space is limited. Mats and props will be provided if needed.

About the Musician

Lauren currently lives in Whitefish, where she was fortunate to spend her childhood, and is grateful to serve her community, raise a family, and enjoy all the wild places. Vocationally, Lauren dabbles in many creative practices and is also a professional clinical counselor. She integrates her degree in Philosophy and Fine art, with a multitude of theoretical orientations to practice as a healing guide in embodiment practices with her clients. She is recently heeding her call to create and perform music in collaborative and therapeutic ways, a long-time but previously dormant practice in her life.
