About the Chef

Chef Frank went to Johnson and Wales Culinary School in Providence Rhode Island and since then has been the executive sous chef of multiple Michelin starred restaurants.

With the drive and focus that it took to work in Michelin restaurants, Chef Frank developed a strong sense of entrepreneurship. He was the founder of the “The Spot,” a fast and casual breakfast spot in Kalispell.

With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Frank has gained a vast amount of knowledge in regards to food preservation and techniques to minimize waste. He loves working with locally sourced products, letting the high quality ingredients speak for themselves. He is eager to get his hands in the dirt and let the bounty of our garden inspire his food creativity.
