Join Christiane for a morning of gentle yoga, reiki, and yoga nidra, a warm nourishing lunch, and a guided afternoon of deep sensory bathing in snowy nature will bring you into a deep state of relaxation, calm and connection.
Come surrender to the heart of winter and fill yourself with winter’s blessings.

CHRISTIANE HINTERMAN
Inspired by the creative expressions of nature, everything Christiane offers is rooted in the heart. From the lakes of a childhood in Michigan, through various travels, and currently growing from roots in Whitefish, Montana, she is dedicated to honoring this planet and the communities we share. She created RootedHeart in 2018 as a place to pour all of her talents, passion, and projects and share them with others. She continues to dream, create, dig deep, and grow. She extends the offerings of Nature and Forest Therapy, Yoga, Art, Interpretation, Music and Poetry from her RootedHeart to yours.
The Dancing Spirit Ranch offers a serene and picturesque setting for our retreat. Surrounded by and immersed in nature, you'll find yourself in the perfect environment to let go. We will enjoy the spacious schoolhouse all morning and will move in and out of the cozy barn all afternoon. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to embrace the world with a deep sense of calm.
