Pick up Tuesday, November 26 between 1 and 5 pm.

To place your order, please review the menu below and then fill out the order form linked here :

Each dish will be prepped and kept refrigerated until you arrive for pick up and will come with final prep instructions for your holiday dinner!

Please note that most menu items serve 4 people.



ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Frank Hanes went to Johnson and Wales Culinary School in Providence Rhode Island and since then has been the executive sous chef of multiple Michelin starred restaurants.

With the drive and focus that it took to work in Michelin restaurants, Chef Frank developed a strong sense of entrepreneurship. He was the founder of the “The Spot,” a fast and casual breakfast spot in Kalispell.

With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Frank has gained a vast amount of knowledge in regards to food preservation and techniques to minimize waste. He loves working with locally sourced products, letting the high quality ingredients speak for themselves. He is eager to get his hands in the dirt and let the bounty of our garden inspire his food creativity.
