Withdraw for a moment to connect to nature.
For 3 nights and 4 days, this wellness retreat weaves through connection, exploration, and immersion in nature.
This retreat is for primarily women, between 25-50 year of age who are excited about spending time outdoors, practicing yoga that connects them to the elements of nature, and are excited to disconnect with electronics and reconnect with themselves.
YOUR RETREAT INCLUDES:
4 day/3 night accommodation on 300 acres in northwest Montana, just a short drive to Glacier National Park and Whitefish Mountain Resort.
Farm to table meals prepared by a local chef with locally-sourced ingredients
Yoga workshops themed around the five elements (earth, water, air, fire, and space)
Singing bowl ceremony under the stars
Yoga with musical accompaniment followed by fireside music with a local musician
Guided nature/meditative walks on over five miles of trails
Nature Journaling with a certified Montana Master Naturalist
Hands-on herbal body care workshop

Meet Your Hosts
Drew Lefebvre
Drew holds a M.S. in Environmental Education from the University of Montana and is a certified Montana Master Naturalist. She enjoys guiding students toward a deeper understanding of the outdoor areas and ecosystems that are right on our doorstep. In her free time, you can find her exploring the natural world through hiking, gardening, reading, and birding.
Val Aerni
Val is a E-RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance with additional training in yin yoga, prenatal yoga, Yoga Mindset Coaching, yoga nidra, trauma-informed yoga, and health coaching. Val also holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum in Instruction from the University of Montana. Outside of teaching, Val loves to spend time with her family playing in the woods.
Lauren Crittenden
Lauren holds a degree in Philosophy and earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montana. She is recently heeding her call to create and perform music, a long-time but previously dormant practice in her life. Montana is her home, where she is grateful to raise a family and enjoy all the wild places.
