Join us in returning back to the beautiful and magical Dancing Spirit Ranch this Fall - just in time to pause before the coming change into winter and the busy holiday season.
A full day retreat gifts us the opportunity to step out of the hustle of everyday life and return to a sense of balance, wholeness, and wonder. It creates the opportunity to quiet the mind & body and receive the insights we might otherwise be too busy to notice.
Michelle Richards (LMT, CPC, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher) will be your host for this full day of meditation, yin yoga, qi gong, and loving-kindness practice. She has been teaching Minfulness-Based Stress Reduction in the valley since 2008 and leads retreats like this one, workshops, and classes throughout the year.
As the cherry on top, a delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided by the talented Michelle Berry.
