Breathe Into Wellness:
A very rejuvenating retreat
September 29th - October 4th, 2021
Immerse yourself in the solitude of nature as you unplug from daily life and plug back into the senses. Set in the beautiful backdrop of the Rocky Mountains at Dancing Spirit Ranch, this retreat offers daily yoga classes, guided meditations amongst the trees, sacred ceremonies under the big sky, and much much more.
Feel the sun’s glow surround your body as it rises each morning above the mountains, glistening on the pond’s fog and waking the critters on the valley floor. Listen to the crickets and frogs sing into the light as the twinkling stars slowly fade into daytime. Smell the freshness of the air as it fills your lungs with life. Walk barefoot amongst the trees, rooting your feet into the earth, grounding yourself in the forest. Allow the solitude of nature to reawaken the senses through self-love and discovery.
Each day will weave its way through yoga, guided meditations, sound healings, and creative releases. Jolie Manza, founder of international yoga school Yogakoh, will lead the group through daily yoga practices. Begin the day with an invigorating practice to wake the body through movement and breath, or end the evening with a restorative flow to allow the body to slow the nervous system and recharge. Spend an afternoon doing a guided painting. Dive deep into the body with (optional) daily massages. Play crystal singing bowls in the garden. Open your heart at the sacred sites with group meditation and journaling. Fall asleep listening to the soft whistle of the trees blowing in the wind. Do whatever your heart desires. This retreat is all about you taking the time for you.
Join Dancing Spirit Ranch and YogaKoh for a 5-night/6-day retreat in the Rocky Mountains of Northwest Montana. As co-owners of the ranch, your hosts know how to dive deeply into all of the hidden treasures of Dancing Spirit Ranch. From a star-lit ceremony in the Tower of Power, to a walking meditation in the labyrinth, to live music under the stars next to a crackling fire – not a detail will be missed. The ranch has a variety of buildings that create a unique Western Village, perfect to house your break from everyday life. With morning classes in the School House, nourishing plant-based meals in the Barn, and sizzling bonfires at the outdoor firepit, every corner of the ranch is buzzing with life. There are a variety of room types to nestle up in, all adorned with antique furniture and Pendleton blankets to create the perfect rustic touch for your Montana experience.
In one of the country’s most breathtaking environments, Breathe Into Wellness focuses on combining the elements of nature with self-discovery to reawaken the senses, leaving you feeling refreshed with a new perspective as you enter back into your daily life. Come soak up the fresh mountain air of Montana, nourish your belly with hearty plant-based food, and take the time for yourself to unplug from the rest of the world.

Meet Your Hosts
These high school sweethearts grew up in Whitefish, Montana and were lucky enough to have these mountains as their playground. After high school, Robin moved to Manhattan to attend New York University’s Gallatin program of Individualized Study, creating her own major of “The Good Life”. Meanwhile, Tyler moved to Pittsburgh with a Division-I soccer scholarship to Robert Morris University and graduated with a double major in Hospitality and Business Management. After college, they developed a strong passion for travel and have since visited over 35 countries together. During their most recent backpacking stint, they completed a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour vinyasa flow teacher training in Bali with Jolie Manza. One of the their biggest lessons during all of their travels is that home is in the mountains. After a handful of years in San Francisco, Robin and Tyler decided to move back and combine all of their passions into one, Dancing Spirit Ranch. They are beyond thrilled to share their love for people, hospitality, and the Flathead Valley with everyone that comes to the ranch. And if they can’t find them there, you can usually find them hiking, skiing, or practicing yoga.
Growing up in Boulder, Colorado, Jolie’s first yoga influences came from her father, a spiritual man, who challenged her mind from a young age with yogic-based philosophies and meditation. She spent her youth studying dance and practicing yoga, which culminated in receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and movement from University of Colorado. Soon after she found herself in New York City, where she was able to share her passion for dance and yoga with a broader audience. After years in the city, she ventured to Bali where she received her initial yoga certification. Though she has called Bali home for many years, Jolie can be found all over the world running teacher trainings, retreats, and continuing education programs. Meanwhile, Rob grew up in Sydney, Australia. His earliest memories are of the ocean when his father tossed him into the waves as a young boy, and he’s been hooked ever since. Surfing is second nature to him, and there is hardly a time that has passed without a surfboard hooked under his arm. Rob and Jolie met in Bali and created Surfin2Yoga, facilitating surf and yoga retreats in Bali & The Maldives. Through their combined passions of yoga, movement, travel, surf and connection, they have founded Yogakoh, a yoga school and lifestyle brand that specializes in retreats, trainings, and workshops around the globe. Jolie and Rob are excited to help people connect to their inner truths by providing a community of like-minded people.
