Fluid Yoga Retreat
Join Kevan Gale and Jamie Russell October 1st-6th, 2019 for 5 nights/6 days in the majestic Montana wilderness for yoga, meditation, hikes in Glacier National Park and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Days will begin with a guided meditation practice, followed by a Fluid Yoga class to get us ready for hiking and exploring the national park. In the afternoon, we will have a more restorative yoga class and time for exploring the nearby area or relaxing around the fireplace. An amazing on-site chef will use local ingredients to nourish our bellies and hearts while on retreat. Transportation from Glacier International Airport (FCA) to the retreat center will be provided. Flights not included.
