Transform your life. Become a certified yoga teacher with YogaKoh. This one month, residential training offers a certification at the 200hr level that enables you to register as an internationally recognized yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
This course is designed for interested practitioners who are ready to teach, but also reaches out to those who are simply looking to enrich and grow their personal practice.
We aim to help you understand what your path is within yoga. What feels most honest, authentic and true to your individual nature. No two people will have the same journey and our aim is to create an environment that helps you find your individual voice.
The training is focused on the Vinyasa format of sequencing, but draws much of its teachings from traditional Ashtanga, and Hatha lineages.
The Program:
The course runs 6 days a week;
Monday till Saturday 7am – 5pm with Sundays off.
The program finishes in celebration on Friday June 29th.
Check out is June 30th by 11:30am. No late check-outs.
Each day begins with an intense 2.5 hr practice blending asana, pranayama and meditation, and is followed by a series of comprehensive lectures that will cover all varying topics.
We accept a maximum of 20 students to the course to ensure personalized attention and to create the most effective learning environment. Spaces are limited.
YogaKoh’s Core Values:
SUPPORT:
At YogaKoh our teachers offer authentic mentorship. They are truly living their passion and sharing what they have embodied on their own journeys. We know from experience how it feels to be on the edge of a transformative shift in life, and are here to offer a place and team to support that change.
Koh-NNECTION:
Your spirit will be pulled to the place it belongs. Connecting with others on a deeper level is a true gift and something we deeply value. So we call to all students, people who view yoga as a purely physical practice, people who view it as a spiritual practice and everyone in-between, as we consider learning from one another’s differences is an integral part of the process.
SERVICE:
Giving Back. We believe we all share a desire to be of service on this earth; a desire to find happiness, and a desire to learn to face hardship and discomfort with more ease. There is no better way to give back to other people and this planet than by sharing this life-changing practice.
NATURE:
At YogaKoh we also believe in the power of nature, and how returning to it can bring us in touch with the essence of who we are.
So much so, that we hand pick our training locations in order to allow this immersion to happen effortlessly. Be it close to the beaches of Bali or the mountains of Montana, we know that escaping the ordinary, and being surrounded by the beauty of the earth and its unique cultures will enhance this profound experience.
Koh-MMUNITY:
At our trainings you can expect to connect and learn from new people that will become friends for life; growing your community and tribe into a global reach, exploring new lands and cultures, and creating adventures and stories that will last a lifetime.
There is so much joy in this practice, and we want the fun aspect of this lifestyle to shine through during your time with us.
